Initiate Your Request
Log into your RetroVita account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
